Program description
Highland Lakes Irrigation offers a text-messaging program to help serve customers who request irrigation services. When you provide your mobile number — by calling us or through our website — you may receive transactional text messages confirming that we received your request and helping coordinate your estimate or service. These are service-related messages, not marketing.
How you opt in
You opt in by providing your mobile phone number when you call our business line and request service, or when you submit your details through the chat or quote form on highlandlakesirrigation.com. By doing so, you consent to receive transactional text messages from us at that number.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us (for example, a confirmation after you request service and follow-ups to coordinate your appointment).
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's standard rates apply to messages you send and receive. Highland Lakes Irrigation does not charge for the messages themselves.
How to opt out
You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send a one-time confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and you will no longer receive text messages from us. To rejoin, simply request service again.
